Retreat Terms and Conditions

Installment Plan

Installment Plans require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit at registration. In-person registration may be paid in two equal payments or three payments.  Virtual registration may be paid in two equal payments.  Each installment is due on the dates specified. Plan will be cancelled within 72 hours of a missed payment unless prior arrangements have been made to reschedule the payment via email at csr@thebeauteeshoppe.org and full payment will be due at that time. All plan payments must be completed by 11:59 pm on May 15, 2023, no exceptions, and no refunds will be issued.  To sign up for an Installment Plan, review and sign the Installment Agreement HERE. 

COVID-19 Protocol for In-Person Conference

Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC's top priority is the health and safety of attendees, staff, and the community at large. We will follow any hotel, local, and/or state COVID-19 mitigation requirements. We will continue to evaluate and expand our health and safety protocols as medical recommendations evolve.

Registrant Cancellation, Changes, and Substitution

No refunds will be granted.  All cancellation, change, and substitution requests must be made in writing and submitted on/before May 15, 2023.  Registrants may request a credit for cancelled registrations for use towards future events, training, and products only. Please submit your request in writing. All registration changes (virtual to in-person, in-person to virtual, substitutions) are subject to a $25 change fee. Send requests via email to csr@thebeauteeshoppe.org. Credits will be processed within 15 business days after the conference. Virtual attendees may log in from one device at a time and are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any other individual.  Anyone sharing their access information or login credentials in connection with any component of the retreat will be restricted from accessing the event, and that person's registration will be cancelled.

Disclaimer of Liability

Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC and its CEO, staff, vendors, and sponsors accept no liability for the acts of any suppliers to this retreat. Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule this event without liability. Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC reserves the right to admit and the right to exclude any person from the retreat, or refuse service to any attendee, at the sole discretion of Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC. Furthermore, Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC is under no obligation to explain its actions but may do so at its discretion.

Release for Use of Photographs and Recordings

By registering as an attendee of the 2023 I'm Every Woman Annual 3-Day Beautee Retreat, you hereby grant Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC the right and permission to use, publish and republish photographs, video or audio of you or images in which you may be included, in whole, part or composite, in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose; and to use your name in conjunction if Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC so chooses. By registering for the retreat you discharge Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, images or information.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Modification

Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC reserves the right to cancel, alter, or reschedule the retreat for any reason, including because Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC determines in its sole discretion that the retreat cannot be held as planned. Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC also reserves the right to close registration when tickets are sold out. Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC reserves the right to substitute instructors, speakers, venues, or excursions. For these reasons, registrants are advised against making non-refundable travel arrangements. Should you purchase non-refundable airline tickets or make non-refundable hotel reservations, you do so at your own risk. Should Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC cancel, alter, or reschedule some or all of the in-person portion of the retreat for any reason, your registration fees will not be refunded. As part of registration, all paid attendees are automatically registered for and will be provided with access to the virtual environment, which may include access to the keynote speaker, education session, access to vendor information, the relaunch, and digital networking opportunities. In some cases, a portion of your registration fees may be converted to a credit. If applicable, this credit may be applied to any future Beautee Shoppe Cosmetics, LLC event, training, or products.  

Registration exception for cancellation, substitution, and conference cancellation or modification policies: IF AN INDIVIDUAL APPLIES A CREDIT TOWARDS 2023 REGISTRATION, SUCH REGISTRATION IS NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NOT SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICIES SET FORTH HEREIN.
